Well, I have often said that you judge a car sales place by the way they address a problem, rather than the way they treat you while buying a car, as many don't really want to know you once the deal is done. Let me tell you, Sean and Frank at Knox cars & commercials are an exception to the rule. After enjoying our car for just over 2 weeks (having a full RACV test) our fully serviced one owner car unfortunately broke down. As it was no fault of theirs, they were not obliged to do anything for me, however they addressed the problem purely out of good faith at a cost of hundreds of dollars out of their own pocket.
So let me just say, if you are considering buying a used car, WITH ABSOLUTE GUARANTEED AFTER SALES SERVICE, look no further than Sean and Frank. I highly recommend Knox Cars & Commercials to anyone looking at buying their next vehicle. The amazing part of this for me is that I bought through them from Queensland.
